LUMBOSACRAL AP/L

Lumbosacral spines apl:

No evidence of fracture or spondylolisthesis.
Disc spaces are intact.
Lumbar lordosis is maintained.
The line of weight bearing falls anterior to the sacral promontory.
Ferguson's angle measures greater than 34 degrees.

Impression: PELVIC INSTABILITY

This is my X-ray result. I was told that i could have scoliosis and was advised to have a radiography of my back particularly the lumbar part. When i got the result, I became paranoid for a while. I am not familiar with pelvic instability but it sounded life threatening. I immediately thought of possible bone damage that would neccessitate wearing braces to correct the problem. Problem during my future pregnancy bothered me as well. I have yet to consult to a bone specialist so i could have a better understanding of it. i realize now that when a person ages, health related problems are expected and that i should start becoming concern of my health since i'm not getting any younger. a month from now i'll be a year older, and i believe i should be reprioritizing some aspects in my life. i'm almost past my quarter life crisis, and i'd be starting a new quarter, and i'm hoping it would be a better one.
